This fun event is traditional at Western Art Shows. The quick draw artists (usually 10 to 15 in number) set up their tables at the beginning of the Gala Evening during the social hour. At a given signal, the work begins. The artists have 45 minutes to complete the piece. It's truly amazing to see what they can accomplish in that amount of time. Many artists talk to their spectators while they work. The quick draw art is auctioned immediately following the event!

Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will end during the Gala event on Saturday night. The art in this sale is divided into sections of around thirty pieces of art which have successive time limits set for bidding. A bid sheet with a reserve price and set bid increments is posted by each piece. The winning bid is circled when time is called.
