“Best Foot Forward” by Mike Barlow, 2006 Artist’s Choice Winner	The Treasure State Invitational Art Show, held at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds, features nationally recognized artists showcasing all original paintings and sculptures. The sale opens Friday afternoon with over 30 Artist booths and artwork from other artists on display. Friday evening from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. is the Artist Reception. There will be live music, Artist demonstrations, wine tasting and hors d’ oeuvres. On Saturday the show opens at noon. Saturday evening will be a celebration based on the theme, “Montana’s Treasures: Gold Camps to Ghost Towns”. During this event, we will be featuring a Quickdraw event with some Artist’s whose pieces will be auctioned “Live”, and over 100 pieces will be in our silent auction.

The Museum

The goal of the Treasure State Invitational Art Show is to continue to fund the endowment for the Museum with proceeds from the Art Show. For our sponsors, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Museum and to experience the satisfaction of securing its historical "narrative".
